1. Do your chalk mats come with chalk?
Currently, no, the chalk mats do not come with chalks.  We sell our exclusive Butterstix on our website. At this time, you cannot purchase Butterstix from other stores. 

2. When I unroll the chalk mat, it doesn't stay flat! How come?
When you take it out of the packaging, roll it the opposite way very tightly. Repeat 2-3 times the first couple times you take it out. When storing, you might want to roll it the opposite direction and tie it. 

Eventually, the chalk mat will stay flat. Also, please make sure when storing, roll it loosely and tie. If this is a big problem for you, consider getting our un-rolled version of the chalk mat: Place-Chalk Mat. It comes in a set of 2. 

3. Do I have to buy your special chalks to use on the chalk mat? 
We encourage you to use our chalks because they are the best out there on the market, but the answer is no, you can use any store bought chalks, however, the Crayola mulit-colored pack  chalk doesn't work very well with the chalk mat. For best results, use dustless chalk.

4. Are the products machine washable and/or dishwasher safe? 
The answer is no, but you may get it wet, and wipe it down. All bibs, aprons, activity mats, chalk mats can not be washed in the washing machine.

5. What is the difference between Lolly and Jaq Jaq Bird?
Our company, Sam & Bellie has two lines of products: Lolly and Jaq Jaq Bird. The only difference is packaging and print. The products are both superior in quality. We sell both lines, however, Jaq Jaq Bird is our line, and Lolly is a custom line we do for other retailers or events. They are usually exclusive prints.

6. What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the time of purchase to return the unused items. All tags, packaging must be in original condition. Return shipment will be paid by the customer, and please track all packaging. If the product is a manufacturer's defect, let us know right away so we can replace the item(s). Chalks, and other writing products are FINAL SALE. All sale items are FINAL SALE.
