Shipping
Our Shipping costs are automatically calculated via USPS. We send everything via USPS.
Please everything is sent out Priority Mail (2-3 days).
We charge you shipping and handling.
If you would like to speed up your order, please email us for Express Service (1-2 days).
You will receive a confirmation of your order once you have completed CHECKOUT.
Once order your order is sent out, and a tracking number is provided, we are not responsible for lost, damaged or missing packages. You will have to contact the shipper, USPS about any missing items. We can assist whatever information you need to get it resolved.

Check or Money Order
Check or Money Order should be made to Sam & Bellie, and please email before you send a check by snail mail.
Please allow a holding period (7-10 days) for personal checks and some money orders before we can send out your order.

Returns & Exchanges
As a valued customer, you can expect to receive outstanding customer service, personalized response to your questions and inquiries and timely shipping. If there are any damaged goods, please let us know within 24 hours. You may
return for full refund.
Please make sure the item(s) are being returned in the original packaging, all tags attached and with no signs of use.

If you decide you do not want the product after you received it, you have 14 days to contact us. We will give you
store credit minus shipping, There is a 15% restocking fee for purchases over $50. PLEASE realize this before making a
purchase.
After 14 days, there are ABSOLUTELY NO refunds or credits. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
Please make sure to email us BEFORE you return your product so we can give you a shipping label and authorization code.
All unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Note: When we receive your returned item, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to notify you of your store
credit for this item. Please allow 1 week to issue you a store credit.
If this item has been sent to you as a gift, you are only allowed store credit.
We are not responsible for any incurred return shipping costs.
